Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

highest power of 593.5nm in a handheld portable format is 60mw( peak power but average at 30-45mw) the price tag is the same as 589nm at 80mw...

Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

Hey Isaac, who has the 593.5nm at 60mW for those prices?

Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

You are correct and I also use these with my 589nm and they work great for me: Eagle Pair® 190-400nm & 560-640nm Laser Safety Goggles

Perfect. I actually have that pair but bought their other one for a red 635nm laser since it went all the way to 760nm. +Rep. Thanks.

OVNI, take a look at this thread Here, showing Survival Lasers safety goggles for 589nm wavelength, IIRC, these replace an older model that did not cover 589nm as well.
These seem to do a very good job! :)

Thanks. I have both pair. Good to see independent test results match their claim. +Rep.

Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

CNI offered them, and they still offer the bigger modules that you'd find in a PGL-III-C or M. The more powerful 594 was in a PGL-III-C host, though according to CNI it was only 20mW (but we know how reliably overspec CNI lasers tend to be).

http://www.cnilaser.com/PDF/PGL-III-C-593.5.pdf

they're a pain to buy from......

Hey Isaac, who has the 593.5nm at 60mW for those prices?

-Eforce Laser.... they sell complete handheld and module.... their module is rated at 30mw as lowest power, average in the 40mw ranges, and peak at 60mw.... they accept bank transfer and paypal...unlike CNI..... their stuff comes with power graph and many other stuff....

they also have 604/607nm modules; 488nm/60mw; 473nm/1-100mw; 491nm;500.8nmw;532nm/800mw;556nm/20mw;561nm/20mw;583.5nm/30mw;589nm/80mw;593.5nm/30mw......

they're an Australian business located in Melbourne....( they offers discount in bulk buying as well) ... for many of you who like to collect rare wavelengths but don't want to jump through loops while organize GB with CNI this is an alternative..... at a slightly higher price tag due to they have insurance on shipping products...

Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

Well that's very interesting Isaac. I've never heard of them. Seems so odd to me that you can get this from Australia when other places won't sell to you. Have you actually gone right to their place of business?

Found them:
http://www.eforcelaser.com.au/lasers.html

Looks like you have to contact them for pricing. They have a lot of wavelengths. Are they CNI resellers?

it seem so... cause the picture on their website are the same as CNI.... i might have came across their business before, but i'm doubting my memory....they speak good English... it's great place for GB if people don't want hassles from CNI...and they accept Paypal!!!

Sorry for derailing the thread Styropyro!!

Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

Hey Chicxulub and Isaac, thank you both for the info. and links! It looks like that Eforce site might be promising, but not sure of a guaranteed delivery to the U.S., or pricing.
It sure would be nice to get a 593.5nm in a PGL-III-C host. :yh:
I don't think I'd even try CNI directly for anything anymore, after that ill-fated 561nm G.B.

Re: styropyro's Liquidation Sale

Aside from 473nm, can we expect you to list any 520nm, red, or 460nm lasers?

- yep they should guarantee delivery since they took the liberty and fill out all paper works....

- i can also be the middle man....( receive the packages and split it in 2 then ship it....one with the laser and the other with the keyswitch...) that's how i got my package through Australian custom when i bought a pgl-c-532nm from CNI long, long ago.....and i live right under EForce nose lolz.....( and GB = discount!!!) they accept paypal btw...

i did didn't I?

Are these portable modules? I'd really like to see prices for the 604/607, 488 and 583.5nm.

yep in the PGL-H-..nm 26mm(D) x 55.5mm(L)...

don't know the price in USD though but it should be around $1500 USD since it is 2000 AUD.....( according to the exchange rate of 1AUD= 0.76 USD

I've never even heard of 583.5nm...

Any idea what process it uses?

I'm on a trip right now, but I have some reds and 520nm diodes/modules that I'd like to list. I'll have access to my 473nm lasers tomorrow, and then my assortment of diodes a couple days after that.

OT, but I visited the Laboratory for Laser Energetics today, and it was AWESOME! Talk about big f'ing lasers... :D

I didn't see anything about 583.5 on eforce or CNI, so I have a feeling that's a typo of 593.5.
