Go to any local vape shop and they'll have 18650's. People use them in Ecigs.

Nope, batteries not included!

My laser arrive from China before my batteries arrived from Massachusetts, and I ordered the batteries two days before the laser!
 
I have a couple samsung batts i bought at a vape shop, think they're 2000ma, seem to be pretty good, take a while charging.

Aha!

Mail gets delivered tomorrow around 10:20am by my place so hopefully when I wake up the laser and batteries will be here. Then sunshine and LPM testing :D

Put it through the duty cycle a few times. Mine performs notably better once it's been thoroughly and evenly warmed up by cycling it. It might be worth a try for yours, too.
