I also like the fact that they are side switch hosts.

I was impressed with what he can build, awesome work and not too expensive either. Had to go to aluminium for the larger of the two due to weight, brass gets very heavy when the host is built fo 26650 batteries.

They are great looking hosts, when I saw the driver shelf I thought about a front shelf as well for a C-lens pair, add a slip over BE adaptor and that would make a really nice package.

When I saw that shelf, the same idea came to mind for a future host :)

You probably hold the record for unused, unique hosts, Chris. I have several myself, but no where near 25.

It’s wrong though, why buy them and not put a diode in them? :spank:

Jeff, I sometimes read stuff from others and take in what is being said gratefully, but then remain silent. Probably a bad thing to do on a forum, thanks, not to remain silent I do think these hosts are perfect, I have some other stuff he is building for me coming up in the future using 11 mm aspheric lenses for lower divergence due to a longer FL and from that a fat beam, but the AR coating is only good for red through 1050 nm: https://www.ebay.com/itm/36-pcs-Lig...eric-Lenses-Edge-Emitting-Laser-/122716618230

Paul, I do need to put diodes in them :) or sell them to someone who will.
