I didnt even know thay had FPs copper HS inside till I got them==one needs a new switch but the both work fine and burn way too fast. how hard it it to replace the switch in the tailcap of a Cree ultrafire?

Not hard at all. All you have to do is Unscrew the back tail cap where you see those 2 indents.

Then the Switch will come right out.

If you need a replacement switch i have quit a few different Kind. Once you get it open send me a Pic in PM of the Switch and I can get one over to you.
