Tried to photograph the lunar eclipse..

I think the problem of the photo taken by Arayan is not the pollution, is the noise produced when taking a photo in low light, also taken with a phone, even worse.

light-pollution :eg: sure yes also, and other pollutions, in cities is the enemy number one of astronomers :undecided:

I could not take pictures of the eclipse, was cloudy that night :cryyy:

I managed to stay awake until 3:30am, then lost (Eclipse was at 4:30am)

I did get this pic beforehand though:

I'm rather fortunate I'm right in the path of a total solar eclipse next year
