Your says 1406mW with g-1 lens, Are you running it around 1.4A? Is the clicky still good? if so then these should be able to handle ben's current no?

I've never fully tested what current the switch could hanle I only pushed it to ~1,2 - 1.25A with stock switch and it appeared to handle the current just fine. After I got tired of charging 10440s every 7 mins I gutted it and went for a traditional clicky. So now it uses 2 16340s and bumped it up. My XL100 was highly modified to get a 445 running for proper current demands, and to simplify components that my not take high current demands
