This is what happend's when you point a greenie on a plane...

Why do people hate me....

I don't think anyone in this this hates you. I feel tempted to give you some rep just to even it out but it won't really help because I'm a fairly new member. You would still have a red dot when people check your profile. So there's really no point to me doing it.

schweet! those are commin into more power as of late...there pricy though. I have had over 15 405nm builds... I love all of them.

My favorite color myself is the reds 605-660nm I love the LOC it's very powerful and builder friendly. Lets pick this up uder another thread.

Go ahead and start another thread... I will reply in this manner, much better agreed.
I'm gettin sleepy and off to bed. Jander6442

PS use that animation skills in your new thread for some unity stuff OK.
the first one was cool looking... just in poor taste.:)

OK thanks it will be in the general section.

What you mean by red dot?

Yes, thank you... My favorite color is blue or blue-ray color (purple)... But Im not that rich to buy one. I don't even OWN any good lasers. only a cheap-ass 2$ 1mW Red one.

Those cheap red lasers put out about 3mW...
If you take 5 of them and shine the beams at the same spot...
you would have about 15mW of red...:yh:

BTW... it would have been much easier if you had said.. "sorry I made
an unintentional mistake" from the beginning... and all this would have
probably been swept under the rug (so to speak).. rather than trying
to defend your video... IMO

I've found the members here... very forgiving...

As to the Vigilance...
If someone comes on my land to create havoc... to kill any living thing here
including my cat...
I will (literally).... hunt them down... and make them pay... that includes
anyone that decides to harbor them...

Lets hope the native americans dont share that sentiment, especially as i've harboured more than my fair share of none native americans over the years... you know? the ones that went on their land and created havoc... cue incoming tomahawk? ;)

What you mean by red dot?

I mean click on your name then click on view public profile and then click on reputation and you'll see what I'm talking about. BTW it looks like someone already gave you rep, that's why it's green again.

Oh , poor ideas to point to plane ....
it is better to just point to other place to let people see what's going one ...

@Ways, don't you know that it's always a completely different matter if you do something to others, as opposed to having them do a similar thing to you? :p

Btw, cool avatar... what is it?

dr-erbert, indeed :p

my avatar is called "energy marble" as to what it is...

Some say it is a visualisation of the inferred gravitational effect found beyond the event horizon of a singularity (black hole).

Others maintain it is a representation of one of the six flavours of Quark (elementary subatomic particle) although they cannot decide which, they have narrowed the choice down to bottom, strange or charm.

And then there are those (myself included) who feel the above may be nothing more than semi eloquent bullshit and think it is simply a cool looking image to use as an avatar.
(although if pressed i might go on to say it reminds me of the little glass marbles with the twisted colours inside that i used to play with as a child)

I must say I am somewhat puzzled by how much you think 11th September means to the entire World. Sure, if you lost someone in the attacks you will remember it and think of the attacks on the anniversary. It was terrible. It was heartbreaking. It was not the most important thing ever to happen.

Most people have moved on since then. It was 8 years ago and if it hadn't been so over-hyped as a single incident and "9/11" hadn't been shouted into everyone's ears every day for about 3 years after, I think most people living outside of the USA would not think about the incident any more when seeing a plane crash, two towers or something similar.
Certainly, only about 5% of the people I know even remembered that it was the anniversary this 11th September. You are fully entitled to mourn and remember, but do not expect everyone else to spend their day thinking about something that happened so long ago, was not really a big disaster compared to many of the other things that happen all the time, and happened a LONG way away from us.

The animation was posted the day before the anniversary, and even if you somehow still think it has something to do with 9/11, I think it was just because OP was one of the billions of people who did not remember what day it was going to be tomorrow.

While you are getting ready to flame down my comment, please think.. Is it actually fair to push your sorrow down the neck of everyone else? Would you think of the Indian Ocean Tsunami when posting a video the day before its anniversary of someone drowning in a swimming pool because he was drunk? I bet most of you don't even have a clue what day that incident was on, until you Google it. It might not have been cause by terrorists, but it killed more than 75 times as many people.

What is wrong with you...
Do you think we have no imagination or intelligence to know what
may happen if someone shines a High Powered Green Laser in the
Cockpit of a loaded Airplane on final approach..???

Yeah... I must say... that was a lot of fun...

No SHAME ON YOU for thinking we are Morons that need
a cartoon video to comprehend Laser Safety "DO NOTs"...

Hey... if you have anything a bit more constructive to share
with us... we will be more than willing to contribute in a positive way...

No need to go away... we are sorry if we offended you (at least I am)..
But we only responded to what was posted...on your Thread...
You are responsible for what you post... if there is something negative
about it the members here will let you know...
And if you post something Positive they will also voice their opinions...
That is what a Forum is....

That color coding was easy to read!

Why don't you tell us what you really think:

In America, where we are still hunting down the perps in this, yea I know you probably think that it's silly... to each their own, but remember
each taxpayer here is still paying for the losses of the buildings alone.

If anything, the money we are out for this is a reason to hunt those fanatics down. That you can reason with...no?

It's hard to provide evidence, but believe me, one way or another the average taxpaying American is somehow reaching into their pockets due to this attack.

The other reasons I would give you pride, unity, security, many others.
I somehow doubt you would get. Why would I say; cause I've been here and done that and it's IMHO!

Your not ever going to understand the level of intensity on this matter simply because it wasn't your country.

I stand by my earlier statement in saying just be glad it wasn't "Your country harboring terror camps" even in a rumor. Unless you would like seeing the vapor trail of F-16 over you house all day.

Sorry if I sound off to you... it is nothing personal. Hope you kick that cancer in the arsh and feel better. Jander6442

I was never really offended by the OP he was just putting up a cartoon and had no idea that 9/11 was the next day and it had nothing to do with 9/11 anyway. It was just a case of poor timing.

What does offend me is the rude comments that happened after the fact.

I know it can be hard for people outside the US to understand how our people behave/react to the events of 9/11.

Understand that our country had not been touched by War or hostility for many years.

We have felt safe in the knowledge that we were one of, if not the most powerful country in the world and that no one would dare mess with us on that grand of a scale.

To have someone sneak in and kill thousands of us made us feel not in control anymore.

We have played the roll of big brother looking out for little countries for years but we can also stand up and fight.

Americans have the biggest hearts of any country in the world when it comes to helping with disasters and famine.

Many countries, some of them yours would not be where they are now if not for the direct actions of the US (think WWII) so cut us a little slack when we get pissed off about our people being slaughtered.

We don't ask anyone's approval for our actions or the war that we are still fighting. To be quite honest we don't care what the rest of the world thinks. They were not the ones attacked.

You don't poke a sleeping bear with a stick. Not a good idea.

Is this still continuing.

He has apologised, get over it. What's with the ranting here? It's been a week since that post.. Wow..

wELL...

if you went back and read some of the post it, of course, went off topic and turned into yet another "why does America have hard feeling on what happened 8 years ago on 9/11" threadjack. :)

If you read over what I said I was quite clear about the fact that it was obviously a huge shock to you. I do understand you want to get the assholes behin
