Cyp simply dismissed the contents of that link it with the same amount of effort that you spent to post it here.

In fact, his response indicates that he actually read more from that site than just the title, making his response even more qualified than yours.

They say fermi bubbles are some vague embodiment of yin and yang. But there is no evidence of this, and there is no reason to believe the "northern" bubble is somehow opposite from the "southern" bubble, save for their actual position relative to the galaxy.

"vibratory energy" ... "galactic fractal circuit" ... Actual astronomers don't talk like this.
