The Laser Projectors Diode List

Now to find the diodes you have to do the same way as @loreadarkshade ,
That is, rely on Ebay, Amazon [Seattle]
Or on Alibaba or giants that have warehouse funds.
But a Nubm44 V2 always cuts a dirty figure, it looks like a cufflink to put on the cuffs of shirts instead of the classic buttons
Oh shit.. do you want to see that I created a new fashion brand?
Nichia shirts for men and women, all sizes and wavelengths up to 1080nm

4 days ago i received 1 = XJ-F210WN Brand new 0.0 hrs i was planing to extract diodes but i wife liked it so i stored it away.
So i ordered 3 more brand new XJ-M146 + XJ-A141 + One more XJ-F210WN
I will extract diodes from XJ-M146 + XJ-A141 + XJ-F210WN when the arrive next week
And I'm waiting for a heat gun so i can extract the diodes. :alien:

Hey, I just want to thank you for your projector list. Helped me out tremendously.
So far I've scored a NEC- NP-P502Wl with four nubm05 arrays and a Sony vpl-FWZ60 with nubm46-71 array blocks.
I think the reason so many sonys are available for parts compared to others is they glued the phosphor wheel on its motor. The adhesive eventually wears leading to its disconnection from the motor.
I like the heat sinks that came with the NEC.. comes with two, nice heat pipes that divert heat into a forced air radiator type setup. Each is designed to
dissipate heat from two array blocks.. I've managed to drive two array blocks at one time up to about 4.5 amps per diode. Series parallel setup divided between the blocks.. little over 300W going into the driver powered by a 8s3p lithium ion pack.
The lithium ion cells are worth a mention as well. Tabless 21700 cells by a Chinese newcomer called Ampace. 4, 000Mah 70 amp discharge! Extremely low DC internal resistance .9 mohm.
Only $3.50 per sale!
Highly recommended!
I can most definitely get away with a 8s1p with very little voltage drop under load but I like the extra capacity.

I have this coming in the mail at NEC np-p605ul.
On your list it says a hundred watts of blue.
Do you know if its an array or numb block

.....
Thanks so much for using this list and contributing to it! This is exactly why I've created it! So happy to see it being used.
I've added your findings to the sheet and given you credit in the info/source tabs.

For the NEC NP-605UL, if we go by this video @33:11:
which contains 4pcs NUBM05 arrays
It should contain a little more arrays, or maybe 4pcs of slightly more powerful ones, not sure.
I have absolutely no clue, though. Maybe @Darktron can weigh in?

Let us know!
Cheers!
