Swansu lasers a little help please

Hi all I'm looking for a little advice.

I brought a laser from swansu lasers and in extremely happy with the service and product although recently my laser went faulty. After having emailed swansu we arranged for my return of the "heatsink" and I shipped back to him. Tracking shows it's left the UK and arrived at destination but I have had no response from swansu and they are no longer replying to emails?
I also tried calling the number but unfortunatly they don't seem to speak very good English at the other end and I am unable to make convacation with them.

Any have any advice on this one as I'm a little worried but only ever heard possitive remarks about swansu.

I assume you are talking about Sanwu lasers. How long has it been since the package has arrived?

You could try messaging Podo.

Don't know how long it's been, but Sanwu's trustworthy, give them a few more days. :)

They may be very busy, it took me a couple of days to hear back about an order but they did get back to me and they have always been 100% reliable, so just contact podo and be patient, include your order number and identifying details as I expect they deal with a lot of people.

try to contact them through their facebook page , they seem to respond pretty fast that way. I just purchased a spiker and reached them through facebook, and they were very helpful.. Hope this helps.

As for the OP, having had a diode in one of their lasers go poof, it took about 2 days of email exchanges to get a new module sent my way. (was a 405nm challenger pushing 830mW with a g7 lens so no surprise really)
Their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with online. They stand behind their product and it really shows. I think podo is secretly addicted to coherent photons himself, hence the outstanding quality and support.
