He really needs glasses... Look at this video, he actually did make the tape burn at that distance, which means it's got to be somewhat powerful. He is just sitting there staring at it....

Hey, thanks for posting that! Did you read through it? They get on average 1 photon back for each laser pulse, up from 0.01/pulse at other locations. How cool is that? Catching a single photon reflected from the Moon...

Probably ~60mW of unfiltered light coming out of that thing, it took forever to light that match, not to mention it was lying on the table so his parents wont be too happy when they see the burn mark :shhh:
