spam pm from a member

There's a [!] button in the upper right area of the PM that you can use to report these PMs. That also wasn't a Facebook link, but a lookalike "Facecook".

Sounds like a pretty gruesome website.

I got the same pm, reported it

Thanks for the heads up. Yeah don't click on just any link. Might be malicious.

Read this thread and sure enough, I also got a PM from him. But mine is Facecook. :p

mine was facebook.go something.. either way its lame we gonna get those here now...

Seems the user has not been banned yet and I just checked and its activity is "private messaging".

Looks like there are a few more users that will get a PM.

Just keep in mind that they might not be doing the spamming, their account may have been hacked and somebody else is using it to spam. [I also got the spam]

Well, the account does not have any posts. But joined back in august.

For some reason I didn't get any reports if these PM's were reported. Feel free to PM me if anyone is spamming over private messages.

Did you all receive it at 3:50 a.m, EST? If so, it could be a spam bot, or if time stamps are different, he could have been manually sending them out...
