Great work! Love the 635nm and I use it a lot! I find it is good to have several CR2 green batteries, as it is easier to have a charged one on hand... they run down after just about 10 min. in my use, is this an indication, the batteries are losing the new mah with age? No actually, I don't think that's what's going on.

These are meant to use the 3.7V blue CR2s. By lucky fluke, the 3V green CR2s also work, though at lower power. However, the 3V greens are operating much closer to the minimum input voltage of the build. So I bet that after 10 minutes the greens aren't actually depleted, they're just dipping below the voltage threshold that these builds require. If you use a blue CR2, even though the output is higher, I think you'll also notice run times that are about twice as long per charge.

- I decided to drop the price tag from $225 down to $200.
- Also changed the shipping around a bit so that it's a simple $20 for US or Canada shipping, fully tracked.
- And, also added a "purchase" button to simplify things.

I'm hoping to sell / ship the last of these builds this week. Once this week passes, I'm going to be fairly busy with Christmas stuff, and probably wont' be able to ship until the new year.

So for the next three days I'm going to offer to cover the cost of North American Expedited/Xpress tracked shipping myself. Yes sir. That front "bullet shape" is a focus knob.

Very cool! 727mW is awesome with a G1!

But I'm concerned. Your first LPM run (the one that topped out at 423mW), is that with the lens I included? IE, did I sell you a 500mW laser that only LPM'd at 432mW on your end?

If so, please PM me. That wouldn't make me happy. Lets see if we can figure out what happened.

EDIT: Oh, my bad. I missed your note below where you mentioned that it LPM'd at 530mW. Sorry for the false alarm.
