SOLD: Sky Ray Kung (M4) 2800+ Lumen Flashlight

REALLY wishing I didn't have to pass this up, congrats on buying it!

I may just have to grab a 3x XM-L U2 Sky Ray King sometime soon since the U2 Kungs are rare. Maybe I'll be able to find a 9A driver and mod it to run the U2s at ~2950mA which will make up for the lack of a 4th emitter.

Sig pm me when you are going to buy a king or kung and ill let you in on a driver in development right now. Should help solve the problems with the kings driver and do what your looking for.

And yes the U2 kungs are rare and I was happily surprised getting one on accident especially in black but a happy surprise. Now i just have to hunt another one down in a month or two

Dang, I just ordered a light like this from Fasttech a week ago although my guess is that it's not as nice ($45 knockoff but decent reviews). Will be running mine on 4 Panasonic 18650PD cells so amp draw won't be an issue.
Would have bought yours but too late now... Need my computer or phone to alert me when stuff goes up for sale:)
Can't stand the thought of moving (no intention too either). Too much stuff to go through.

Pete if you dont mind me asking, what light did you grab off FT? Was it the new YL-U2 or a SRK?

same one im expecting in the mail in next two weeks .Bit dissapointed about the lumen output 2800 from 6000 is rather a big drop sigh, but still very good at least i know Thx

Its too rare to do that to. Plus it'd be expensive when we already have the saik for that option.......

The host is not rare, its the emitters in the host that make it rare. If you take those out and put a laser in it then its no longer a rare host. Ive seen hundreds of these sell in the past few months and they are all xm-lt6 emitters and thats what I bought HOWEVER when it showed up it had a u2 cw tint so they are not the t6 ne tint that was advertised. That is what makes it rare. I havent seen a black u2 for sale anywhere and ive only seen 6 or so u2 lights for sale since I bought it and they are not in a store, only auctions. The t6 is a normal bin but the u2 is newer and more expensive so for a "budget" 4 emitter light they arent too common and then the word budget all depends on your situation. To me this isnt a budget light but in prospective of whats avail, $200+ lights, then yes its a budget light but it stills runs with any of the "big hitters".

Tracking shows it was deliveried yesterday so cant wait to see what travis thinks of it!

I may buy a t6 version and dump those for the MGs and make a custom light
