Hi gents, up for sale is a Sunwayman V10R Titanium host with copper heat sink.

It's in perfect as new condition as can be seen in pics provided.
Comes in original box with unused lanyard, pouch and a spare black rubber switch for those who prefer it over the titanium one.

It has wires already attached to the pcb and comes with an IMR 16340.

I'm looking to get $100 for this host as it's a collectors edition and it's just over half of what I paid for it.

Feel free to ask any questions through PM or on this thread.

Cheers.
Paul.

Poor V10R :(

Although It would be awesome to have an infinitely variable mini laser :p

It would, though I don't expect that aspect of the host survived conversation to a laser host.

My V10R just started crying, lol.

Edit: All sadness aside, this is an amazing host with great build quality by Sunwayman, and has a forward clicky switch. I'm anxious to see what RHD puts in it.

Re: FS: COLLECTORS EDITION V10R Ti HOST

Congrats RHD, great buy.
I also have a fondness for Ti, nothing else quite like it!
The machining detail on that baby is superb, one of the nicest hosts I've ever seen.
I'm sure you you will make something very special with this, but, .....if you should ever change your mind, let me know! :D

I actually managed to keep all the functions of the driver on a tiny EagleTac host I had with a 445nm from Bobhaha which would have been close to 2W.
It was a crazy little laser, super bright and 9 modes lol.
Might have to start making those again if there's interest.

Unfortunately I killed the driver for the Ti or it would have been part of the deal.
It worked out better anyway as it allowed me to machine more room into the host, it was way too tight and would have caused problems.

Anyone that has had to machine titanium would understand the effort that just a little bit of extra room takes, not to mention time.

Congrats!

What LD are you going to put in it?

I don't think the stock driver is a boost driver though, so please keep that in mind. :)

Ideally a PLP520-B1, but I haven't looked into the driver side of that yet.

EDIT: Before dismissing this option entirely, take a look at the IC they're using, the XL6003. It really is a constant current (not voltage) IC. The PCB looks like it has some decent caps on it (and I'm not shy to add a few). Plus, pre-set to 650mA means I wouldn't even need to tinker with it for a PLP520-B1, short of some testing to confirm it really is set to the current it claims to be set to. Has anyone tried these?

And if anyone wants to trade a PMP520-B1 for two 9mm 445s, with G9 lenses, let me know ;)
