Sketchy As F...

Visit NYC sometime... in the "weird people square mile" I think it might be capital of the world.

With the flashlight in the OP... only thing that makes it rather suspicious is that it's in the middle of the street. Most likely from falling off of someone's car or truck.

You can bet if it was on the sidewalk or in the gutter it would have been picked up already. (Which is not necessarily a good thing... :undecided:)

You have nothing to worry about, PETA only goes after, and kills defenseless animals, calling it "help". Seeing as you're neither, I think you're safe :whistle:
