I just got the invoice for the order in the mail. It was shipped USPS the same time they shipped our wire via UPS. Let's hope that UPS is just as fast and our wire arrives today!

They made 1100ft. of each color (blue,red,white,black)
Unfortunately on the invoice it's listed at $0.15/ft on the invoice. I'm sending him an e-mail asking him about this since he told me $0.14/ft (it's a dollar for every 100/ft.)

The shipping was $31.45 for the 4,400 feet of wire.
Total cost coming to $691.45
Divided by 4400ft brings it to $0.157/ft.

That makes the wire $15.7 for 100 feet and $16.48 after PP fees.


However, we do have an extra 400 ft. of wire for sale since they made more than we asked for.
I'm hoping i'll get the wire today so we'll see!!

Maybe I am wrong, but always thought the point of these forums was exactly that; to help others.

OH, from what i can tell the wire is 26AWG, with 65 separate 44AWG conductors with an insulator thickness of .01"

I'm very excited for it to get here.....though i think measuring it and packaging is not gonna be much fun!

Tape a yard stick to a table, or measure the full length of the table, and pull the wire across the table till you get the length you need. Should be simple.

If it were me, I'd measure the circumference of a round object and then count wraps as I wrapped wire around it.

It would be accurate and coiled to be put in a box right away.

As long as people don't object, i will probably cut it into 25ft lengths. Since a lot of people are already getting 25ft of each color.
