Signature optional?

I wonder if there is a way to add an option to display your signature in a certain post. I like adding my "deals" to my signature, but sometimes i'm scared to post because I think it will look like a plug.

I believe it is OK to add any info to your Sig...
but it will be the same on every post...

yeah, i just wish there was a check box or something to disable on a certain post if i wanted.

It is an option for each post. See attached image.

Just scroll down a bit when you're replying and you'll see.

EDIT: yes, it work for individual posts, but you need to disable the "show your signature" checkbox for each post you DON'T want to show it, not the opposite (at least, for me, when i disable it, then post a second one, it's re-enabled by default)

Also, remember that this show or hide all your signature, you cannot show or hide only part of it (and when you change it, it influence also the old posts)

LOL I've been sometimes using that option for quite a while now,
when I'm posting one-liners, or when I feel like I'd be intruding somewhere.

It IS right next to the darn text box you type your post into when "quick reply"ing, how on earth could you have missed it?

I have never needed that option so I guess I blocked
that check box out.... I just noticed it since you mentioned
it.
As I said above I though it was global... (Global = it
would remove the signature on all the posts)..
