SHORTEST REVIEW - Eagle Pair Goggles

You guys might want to try and get those straps that go around the 2 side piece's that come off the goggles that go around your head to hold it tight and close to your eyes and regular glasses.

This might help when you are wearing your Regular glasses underneath.

Something like this:
strap for glasses - Google Search

Here are a couple photos of the slip over version:

I have 30 pair on order, they should be here within two weeks.

Id like two pair myself plz

:thanks:
pm me when you need payment

I know I'm new to most lasers that even need these, but I must say I was amazed at how well they block both blue. This is the only pair I've ever owned, but I'm just about ready to order a couple more. The price seems great for the performance. (I haven't tried the slip over model, since I don't wear glasses any more. LASIK is great!)

I'll also second the recommendation to order them from Survival Lasers. I think I placed my order on a Sunday and had them in hand by Tuesday!

Edited to remove reference to blocking green since these do not protect from possable IR leakage in an unfiltered green.

heheh my recommendation is here too. Garoq, get some 630~660nm and 808~1064nm goggles too! :)

Please be aware that these do not block infrared so they should not be used with unfiltered greenies.

Actually, of the same quality as the others, I'd definitely get a pair for 630~660nm.

Only have one red laser, and don't plan on getting anymore, but still, would be something good to have.

Me thinks the safest is get a lot IR filters and filter the greenies. People commonly don't do it because 'it add burning powah', but IMO blues are there for it.

@Garoq
PM me with some 808nm goggles prices. Only 808, not 532/808 :)

The slip over versions are now in stock, $42 each including case and cleaning cloth, plus $6 US or $14 Priority Mail international shipping for 1-3 quantity. Express Mail international is $40.

What's the best way to order? I hope to have a 1.5W in hand by the end of the week and would love to have these :)

Either way works but shipping will be cheaper via PM if you're ordering more than two, or want to add anything else to the shipment.

@InfinitusEquitas
If you don't mind, I'd recommend getting 2. These are veery good goggles and someone else will love to see the 445 burning something. For the price, they are very cheap! Oh, shipping for you is cheaper, not intl'...

@Leodahsan

Thanks for the advice. These will actually be a second pair. Since all my lasers are except 1 are 445 or 532nm they do work very well. One pair will be shipped tomorrow.

I have a third pair that came with one of the lasers, but I'm really not sure how much protection they provide... so will test those out when I get an lpm.

If these fit over glasses well, I'll definitely be ordering another 1-2 though.
