this little maggot has entered 2 disputes for the same transaction in paypal. he paid for first class international airmail which can take from 2-6weeks. he got the method of shipping he paid for.he enetered a dispute at first b/c the package took so long to get to him. i forgot to add an item to the original shipment and shipped it out as soon as he brought it to my attention. i get another dispute today saying

"I know you're an honest person, but I only have 45 days to request a refund if I paid that object does not get in my order. I hope you understand. If he comes, I close this complaint immediately. Thanks"

sellers are warned to stay away from this douchebag.

also please note if your not comfortable in buying from modwerx and think you may have to open a dispute, THEN DONT ORDER FROM MODWERX!

i dont have time for childish games.

this is the same guy that screwed up my shop from using first class shipping to intl customers. all the folks around the globe can thank him for the high shipping prices now...

I've got nothing but good things to say about you and your shop. I am sorry that you have to deal with this little punk. You can't just go filing a dispute just in case something goes wrong.
 
Sorry to here your having issues with this paranoid buyer Drew.
Paypal is a nice thing to have when you really need it. But it sure can screw some of you sellers up in a second when it's abused.

PAYPAL is frakked, they do this, but when your server company drops the ball and loses your URL, try getting a refund for that!

he wasnt the first by any means. i got tired of it happening. people pay for first class and expect tracking numbers. it just dont happen. not to mention it takes up to 6weeks to get to some places.
 
man Drew... hopefully... this won't stop you from keeping your shop the best deal/fastest sevice on LPF.
 
That's part of doing business on the net... But it still Sucks...

I won't ship anything over $50.00 without Tracking or at least Delivery
Confirmation... I've been burnt too many times...:cool:

That's why the Shipping costs for the LaserBee products is so high... :cryyy:

From what I've heard, Italy is one of the worst when it comes to shipping/customs delays. I know that here are a lot of ebay sellers who will not ship to Italy..
