I'd say the Alien movies for sure.

I really liked "Fire in the Sky" and "Roswell."
 
Babylon 5, Aliens, Predator, Farscape, Lexx, Red Dwarf, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Riff Traxx (current day version of MST3K using current blockbuster movies), Twilight Zone (original), Outer Limits (original and remake), Space 1999, Space Above and Beyond, and finally FIREFLY.


Might be more but those are my favorites just off the top of my head.
 
Anyone out there remember Kolchack: The Night Stalker?
That was always one of my favorites growing up.
