Sanwu RGB review

I promised to do review and send unit back after 2-3 week use.. -Just a normal review procedure

Yes he has experience with the RGB units. I managed to buy one off him. Still need to do a review on it, just been so busy lately. So many coals in the fire. Just bought a Goldwing, haven’t had much of a chance to ride it. But hoping to shorty. This laser I’ve been chomping at the bit for. :)

Well.. Bob's "MC" title just got whole new meaning

Haaaaa, good catch Arctic. :)

If I get the time to enjoy it. All paid for, just got to slow down a bit and have some play time. Still got to do a review of the “RGB open source” you worked with me to add to my collection., which I appreciate a ton. :)

Best wishes with your review, still got my finger on the  button. Can’t wait to get mine! :p

You're probably right in the ballpark with that figure, Red.

@ Steppenwolf, that makes two of us! :(

My guess as well. I knew back when these weren't getting released on schedule that the price would increase accordingly with the time it took to make them available. $850.00 sounds like a good guess to me.

I was thinking 600, still too rich for my blood.
Whatever it is, definitely looking forward to the review! I bet you are gitty with excitement knowing it's coming :)

849.95 would be about 470 pounds of new copper colored/coated zinc pennies.

Yes I am interested to see it and know what the output is, the duty cycle, the beam quality.......from what I saw the beams look good and mixing looked good too, I wonder if the RGB diodes and/or RGB engine might be for sale separate ?

ArcticDude has quite a lot of experience building and setting up the OPT Lasers single mode RGB units. This won't be his first time reviewing an RGB unit, so giddy is not likely the right adjective to describe his feelings while waiting to receive this new HH RGB. I am interested in seeing how well they managed to align the three beams and how much they bleed out from one another. I'm glad he is the one doing this review as I can think of no one more qualified to thoroughly go through this laser and find all of its good and bad qualities. :yh:
