SOLD ..Thank You...
Here is a Black Satin powder coated host. On it is a Sharp GH04W10A2GC 405nm diode it holds 2X18350 batteries with a G2 lens .
It has a side button latching switch and a rear r latching switch for safety. Thanks for looking..
Power test was done with two efest 18350 batteries half charged.

That's a great looking unit, the tail and side switches are also a good safety feature. (y)

Hi Rich,
New to all this. I wanted to do 2 builds. both will need 2x18650 hosts. you got anything left that can handle a 3W 445 and maybe a 1W 520.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, SOLD Thank You..
I have a host that will fit the bill for a 520nm/1W diode. For the 3w / 445 I can machine a host for that with powder coating in a translucent Blue powder. The 1W 520 can use a DTR 12mm module , But the 445 would need a host for the DTR 25mm copper module .
Let me know to work out the details. Send a PM
Here is a pic of the host for the 520. Take a look at some pics on my Sig click on the number 86 and all will come up.

Hey Rich, if you give people the option of you threading the M9x0.5 threads all the way through, that is no lip/ridge to stop the G2/G8 lens then they can use it to lock down an infinity focus of the primary ( G2/G8 ) and then screw on the 3XBE and do all their focusing with the beam expander.

You could even make them one of each, one with the lip/ridge so they can adjust their G2/G8 and another without a lip/ridge for locking down the primary.

Hi,
I would still need some thread M9x0.5 to thread into the 12mm copper module. Or am I missing something, I can thread the lens threads further in and leave about 3or 4 threads to screw the adapter all the way to the heatsink and it would be snug enough to just use the BE to focus.

Yes I am saying just like you make them right now threaded for the sanwu on one side and the M9 on the other only finish by running the m9 tap all the way through removing the lip that normally stops the G2 or G8 lens.

That way the user can reach in with a screwdriver to adjust the primary ( G2/G9 ) to infinity and holding it with a screwdriver snug the adaptor all the way down, holding the infinity focus, so there is zero gap under the adaptor, then screw on the 3XBE and do all the focusing with the 3XBE

You may want to make the adaptors a little thicker so lenses like the G8 won't run into the sanwu when it's screwed in.

That sound great Red I will do a prototype and I can make it longer also. the one in the pic is 1/2 thick by 1-1/4 Dia. made them for a customer .
