Sale thread/ Hosts/Heat Sinks/Focus adapters/lasers

Brass and copper, although copper more difficult to work with, are my favorite choice of materials. Nice job, but that's no surprise!

I know what you mean, My 480 build is outright pornographic:

Focus ring made by Rich, TBH I don't know If I prefer the brass focus rings he made me or the copper ones, Both look amazing.

Nothing says solid like a copper heat sink in a brass host body. Is that a LT17 host? Nevermind, must be in this thread and due to what it is, no one else does hosts like that I am aware of.

The focus Ring is from Rich, The host is from Trinh. I have 2 hosts from Rich with an N465 build and a 492nm build copper pen. I need to apply some Teflon to the copper pen's threads. They are getting very sloppy but I don't blame Rich in the slightest, Copper is a B to machine ya know? It hardens up as you are trying to machine it. Except for that and some off spacing in terms of the module drill, I like the build a lot,
492 coming out of copper is truly beautiful, Definitely gonna be a return customer.

Hi SGD,
Thank You I try, Hope those switches work out for you. I will be working on some copper pens . 1X10440 /2X10440's
like the hosts Sinner used to make . and are for lower power SM diodes. Set up diode ,driver and spring configuration .
They also can be powder coated with a high gloss clear finish..

Recap...
Did a prototype this morning just needs to be tweaked up a bit . It over all is 5-1/2 in. x 5/8 at the business end and 5/16 batty tube .

Nice pen!! I have a few drivers left in my scrounge. i keep saving them for something special... I suppose I’ll build something neat if drivers ever start reappearing. I’ve resorted to a few cheap techhood drivers for a couple ultra low-power leadlight pens for a couple people here that wanted an unusual color Pointer. I tried reaching out to Innolasers and laser66, but to no avail.

Hoping to fill up the no driver gap a bit! At this point, I am just really waiting on PCBs, gonna have 10 Boost drivers and 5 3A buck drivers available soon.

No hijack intended,
Are you hand soldering the SMDs? And, is that number of units available, or number of variations available?

I am hand soldering for these first few, Then If there Is a demand Ill figure out logistics to get them mass-produced. Don't worry though, My hand soldering is very good, Have been practicing for months on the prototype run. When I get the PCBs on mon Ill solder one up and post it on my drivers' thread. If you want further details refer to my testing thread or my "sales" thread on the drivers.

Hi Curtis,
Yes I was undecided about the coating for the first one, Thats why I add that comment.
Thank You Buddy appreciated
Rich:)
