That would have to be the Oclaro. I don't know what difference the driver would be as the Vf of both diodes is about the same.

its single 18650. i used a samsung 30q and the laser did not like it for some reason so i used a vtc5 fully charged and boom full brightness
 
I think if you test your samsung battery you may find it is no longer any good. Those unprotected batteries can be over discharged. Once that happens, they are garbage.

Yes it's bad. My charger won't even recognize it. No wonder 🙃

Are any of these heatsinks exactly ⌀1" and direct diode press for TO18 and threaded for focusing optics?

If not, could I commission one? I need cylindrical heatsinks to mount 808nm DPSS pump diodes in.
 
Hi,
All my host are bred to take a 12mm module not direct press, but many can be made with a 1" + heat sink in diameter.

What's the dimension on it if you don't mind me asking?
 
Hi V,
It's 4-3/4" long by 5/8" in diameter . It will take a DTR 12mm module with driver and takes a 1X10440 battery. The focus adapter is threaded for a G2, 3element lens. Here is a size comparison ..
