I wanted a pocketable laser that can burn and I can run for a good while. Rich had exactly what I wanted with his s2+ host with copper heatsink. I put a gh04w10a2gc in it and put a short tube on it that i already had to run on 1x18350 and ended up with exactly what I wanted. This thing is 4.75" with the short tube and very pocketable. Rich does great work.

That did come out nice in a compact host, the copper sink is always a plus for heat wicking .Nice job cant wait to see the other Convoy lit up buddy.

Very nice Crackula, all these hosts are from Rich and the S11 ( on right ) he made for me is even better for longer run times, just look at all that pretty copper. :) Yes you do want one, nice fit and finish like the S2, love the convoys.

I have used this one a lot and need to clean it, I set it to infinity focus when screwed all the way in by setting the module depth via. set screw and I used a couple of zinc plated washers I drilled out to fit the lens barrel so I can unscrew it to zap something on my desk but when tightened down I have a nice far field focus, I usually ask for a little extra length in my heat sinks so I can set the module depth this way. It has a 7475 @ 2.2a with a DTR G8.......The zinc coated washers let me screw it down snug without any binding, not that there was any I just wanted to do it this way.

Very cool! Good idea with the washers! Can you fit 2 26350s in it?
