I haven't been at work for a couple days because I had passed a bladder stone on Tuesday.
And since I wasn't at work, no work got done because half the staff is a bunch of lazy ****s,
who get paid way better then me to sit on their a**es and talk on their phone to their girlfriend instead of loading up the truck.

(I move at least 250 boxes at 30lbs a piece each day, two times.)

This job was ridiculous and I'm glad I'm out now and I'm pretty thankful I had a rebound job on hold before this happened.
I had to tell someone and things like this have been posted before and I feel a lot better now
I'm not trying to grab attention or anything, i just really had to let some steam out in a proper manner..
I just hope everything goes smoothly and I will probably be around here a little more!

Holy hell! You must be in really good physical condition....250 30lb boxes A DAY? I am glad you have another job lined up, the uncertainty with being between jobs is pretty brutal and in this job market, that is really good.

I hope things work out during the change. Keep us updated!

LB: I feel very lucky and prepared for this short coming of events.
I wanna get into building lasers and start building my wavelength collection to better standards.

The issue is of course, money you spend on a dual laser(not especially cheap) could simply be saved one week and you would be able to afford a low wattage yellow. If income is available of course.

This is very, very true. I have been saving huge chunks of my paycheck but i gotta wait and see if i get this next job(pretty sure i will). I'm also waiting for a member owned 589 or 593.

True if I were going for some serious diodes, but I have the 3 color combo that Pman suggested, $13.98 free shipping from CA - 3X Power 5mW Laser Pointer Pen Combo Green Blue Purple Violet Red from USA | eBay . Might be fun to play with. will need some dichros though. For a serious setup, I would get a PBS and a machined heatsink, but like you said, that would be a bit of an investment. BTW, Pman has been getting some impressive numbers from his pens. I'm pretty impressed. Not on par with some of the impressive builds that you and the other vets are building, but still fun and a good start for a Noob like me
