What i can do?

Paint it or RMA it. I suggest you try e-mailing whoever you bought it from.

Take a black pernament marker and paint the small spots !
Its a cheap and easy way !

ls it just me, or do all the CNI pens tend to do this sooner or later?

I have a pair that are 5+ years old that are fine. The brass has tarnished but the paint is fine.

Can't comment on newer ones though...

Could just be that the metal was not properly prep'd before painting.
Should you try and DIY some new paint, the best match I can think of would
be epoxy based gloss black. Its usually called 'appliance' paint found in local
hardware outlets..

Returning it may mean that you end up with a laser that does not perform
as well as the one you already have..

Its a common problem, my x75 started to paint chip away after few months too, oh and the push button

@eytyxhs: I don't think I would worry about trying the RMA approach. If it were me, I'd try some of the DIY approaches here.

Have you at least tried sending Justin or Event Horizon a PM directly here or are you just emailing support from the website?

If you email support on their website I always get an answer within 24 hours.
Make sure your emails are going through and that their emails aren't getting sent to the spam or junk folder

You are going to have to dissasemble it completely for it to ever look close to as good as it should which is why I suggested RMAing it. You can try taping everything off and painting it that way but it won't ever look right around that trim ring in the middle. If other people are having the same problem RMAing it might not fix the problem.

You could strip the paint very carefully and polish the brass underneath, that would take a bit of work though.

Same here. Over the past 2-3 years I can confidently say that every time I have emailed laserglow I have gotten a response by the next business day at the latest, not sure why you're having such a problem getting a hold of them. As far as the laser I would recommend trying some of the solutions everyone else mentioned because you probably wont get very far with retunring it and getting a replacement. I consider laserglow one of the best companies in the laser business but after 2 months I don't think they are going to fix an issue with the paint. Honestly the paint on most of these types of pointers always gets worn off at one point or another.

EDIT- Also you can try using a black paint pen as opposed to a sharpie marker. They sell black paint pens that are meant to go on metal so that would probably work. Honestly if it was me I would just leave it be, just my .02

Ok, guys. LaserGlow want 200$ to rebuild this. (no way)

The only way is To paint it. How I can to take apart this?

If you ever decide you want to start fresh and buy a new one, I might be interested in purchasing this. I want a GLP that I can "embed" (hide) inside a larger DIY host.

No, I love this laser. It has very clean TEM00 dot and goes up to 9mW.

If you have a good offer I can rethink it. :D
