RGY scanner






The RGY scanner shown above is an easy starting point. I have the Lanling version of it and with direct line audio input, It's fun to watch. I've had my neighbors come out to watch !!

"Things" helped me get DMX for it and free programs to drive it. It does not have galvos and will be way slow for a DAC driver. I don't know if a DAC has the power to move a servo.

You can convert it to ILDA compatible if you bought some galvo's and modified it, thats what I did to my RGY, but accidently killed the red in the proccess :-/
