I never had a chance to order but I would advise you guys not to wait more than 30 days it's likely not coming after then. I usually have items from SZ or HK in 14-21 if a decent seller.
You can't unless the furthest seller ship date is 30 days or less.
eBay Purchase History Tricks
My item from this seller was bought on May 05 2017.
I need to wait until July 04 + 1 Day to open a Dispute
if it does not show up. (better not forget that day...
here's why).
I'm not sure if it the same for all counties...
When I order something on eBay and when the
seller ships the item I get a notification and an
update of the delivery time on my item I purchased
in My eBay/Purchase History I get a from-to
expected delivery date.
You can not open a dispute before the furthest
delivery date.
Here is the kicker.... Some Chinese sellers have
figured out that the item stays in your Purchase
History for no more than 60 days then the item
disappears from your Purchase History list.
I found this out when an expensive item never
arrived (so I was watching it closely in my History)
One day the item disappeared and I couldn't for
the life of me find a link to open a dispute for the
missing and no longer in Purchase History item.
The trick is...
1) check the Date you bought the item
2) check the furthest Date for delivery provided
3) if it is more than 60 day go to "I didn't receive it"
and click on it.
You will be taken to a page that says you need to
wait a bit longer before you are allowed to open
a Dispute.
4) Bookmark or copy the URL for that page somewhere
with the Date (plus 1 day) you can file a Dispute for
that item. ( I have a list in Notepad on my Desktop)
On that Date you can click on that bookmarked URL
and can now open a dispute as you could if the item
had not disappeared in the first place.
