No bro! It is module RGB mini in side it
Diode 3.3mm

Oh yea, that is what I had hoped, I want a module to put in my own host, do you know where they can be purchased ?
Does the module have a built in driver ?

Did anybody buy one of these yet? No? I just did. I'll make a review and attempt to tear it down. LPS is cheaper with their discount code, so I bought from them.

If it's a single can diode with 3 dies in it, that would certainly be interesting. Though if it is... why would the company pick 650 over 635 for red? Plus I haven't heard of those anywhere in the wild yet... My money is on a cheap 3 diode assembly.

Yes with the output being off center I am sure it's R, G, and B diodes using dicro glass, also wondered about the 650nm diode and really if the white mix and yellow mix are good then I may still be interested.......CDBeam777 told us that he had trouble getting yellow from 638 and 520 but 638 and 532 worked so maybe 650 and 520 works better than 638 and 520...........dunno but the high quality OPT RGB uses 638 and 520 and makes it work as does the sanwu IINM so maybe the tuning of the dicro coating is the trick.......likely they used 650 because it's a little cheaper and that's one reason I held off but I hope the white and yellow beams look good, will look forward to your review.:)

Anything other than Sanwu Magic rgb is cheap. Looks like the newest fad for Chinese mass produced knockoffs. Can't wait for the review.

I also have one of the sanwu ones on order, so it'll get a comparison. It may take a while for that one to arrive... But it will be done.

Also gotta find a battery, uses a 26650 which isn't something I have floating around

Damn, that's amazing dude. I REALLY can't wait for a Sanwu RGB review!
You're doing God's work.

Which one needs the 26650? The Sanwu?

Nah it's the cheap one that wants the weird battery. Sanwu uses a 18650.

Granted, the 26--- is just the width. A 18650 should work but would maybe rattle around

Agreed, the 18650 should work in a pinch!
All my sinner MS-SSW II hosts use 26650s. It isn't that odd of a size. Congrats on 3,000 posts Zach. My Thor H2 uses them too.
Aye! Congrats Zach. That's mighty impressive.

Yes, congrats on your big 3K posts, Zach! :)

26650's seem pretty common, all the Jetlaser full size PLE's hosts use them too.
18650's will work just fine, I just use a plastic 26650/18650 reducer.

tru dat
it is not a weird batt.

BTW the larger batt will not increase mW much but will add to the length of time it lases before needing a charge.
(of course the laser will be heavier)
also I have always felt that most 'counterfit' batts are 18650s---

* didja know that some JLs have a place to plug in power to run laser w/o any batt OR will run laser AND charge your batt (s) at the same time.
AFAIK that feature is almost ONLY found in JLs.

so----yea!
