You can try to drop in a Terralux, haha.

I can not find a red or green, blue..dropin more than 50 lume :-(

These arent drop ins, they are custom made, the LED is a phatlite PT-54, the red one is from a Casio projector.

The driver is a 9A buck driver, from a guy on CPF called Der Witchel.

It runs on 2x 32650 Lithium Ion cells!

If you want one, Contact Jayrob he made all three of these for me!
