All the info is in the review thread. But yes the diode burnt out when I modoified it.

Diodes are here, took like 4 days to arrive in Poland (as a normal letter) ;]

HIGH POWER RED IR BURNING LASER DIODE C-MOUNT LOT of 20 - eBay (item 330366134985 end time Oct-11-09 22:04:37 PDT)

Is it the same as:

$100.00 C-mount Lot of 20 C-mount diodes in a nice gel pac tray, you will get an assortment of wavelengths, mostly near IR, possibly red too. Possible wavelengths are all over the map, from 635nm through 1500nm. About 80% are working- Power levels are generally over a watt!

Because I'm keeping my eye on "Tested all GOOD and Most are IR, but some red diodes WILL be included as well!" and I would like to buy it for 100$ in future, I hope for 808nm and some red diodes.

Yes they are the same item, however I did test them all and got rid of any that were totally DEAD, in both listings.

Back when I got the cmount assortment I got three red cmounts, but it seems that's a fairly high number to get from others I've talked to who have gotten the assortment.

Hi Chris,

i found your 6mm*6mm tiny TECs on ebay. What would one, three and 10 cost? are both sides indium-"tinned"?
do you have any TEC in between your 6mm and 15mm?

if i order them, i would like to add one inch of the indium solder too (5$), as well as two bags of junk diodes, one c-mount, one 9mm (2x 10$). please add shipment to germany.
