Happened to me too! I got 2 instead of 1 arctic s3. Tried contacting WL repeatedly, but as usual they didnt reply! I just got a reply mail stating "arctics will ship next week" or something and I was like, no more s3s plz!!

If you decided to take the high road and return the laser to WL they wouldn't have a clue.
1. They likely wouldn't read your e-mail or correspondence
2. If they did read your e-mail i doubt they would offer to pay for shipping.
