How does it seem we are too interested in taking money?

One member here decided he wanted a refund so we refunded $129.99.. OH yes, a bunch of money hungry people we are.
The price was also risen since then (as one variable in the mathematics was not taken into account) but he is still able to get the same $129.99 price if he decides to order it again.

Yes, some people don't know the laws, but as I previously stated, we tell every single U.S.A customer the circumstances, and ensure they know the laws.
We tell them the risks, and if they don't like the risks, they have access to a full refund.

It is easy to hate.
When someone tries to provide a good service, people don't want it. Oh well, think what you want, over the months and years, we'll prove ourselves.

When you blatantly admit that it's "too bad" if customs confiscates the laser, then you're 100% right that it's too easy to hate.

Well I'm still new and learning :) what is DL and CNI?

CNI = Green laser, Blue laser, Infra Red laser, IR laser, UV DPSS laser.

DL = Green Laser,Laser Beam Optics,Laser Safety Glasses : Dragon Lasers

That's a pity, that's unfortunate

It is unfortunate, and it is a pity when they get confiscated.
We warn every USA customer before sending, and if they don't like the risks, they can get a quick refund and order from another company with higher profit margins to cover for the times when lasers are confiscated.

It isn't like we don't make it clear that there is a chance, and there are no refunds for confiscated items. We also do our best by offering to ship batteries separately.

Like I've said, you get what you pay for. Compare specs and quality and you'll see why they are more expensive.

Yeah, that's what I'm still trying to figure out lol. From what I've read, the answer is zero.

Yeah sure, it is okay for us to not have trust yet, we need to earn that. But to have distrust? Please tell me, without any bull, what ever did we do to earn distrust?
Refund customers money when requested? Send orders on the specified delivery date? Provide excellent customer service? What have we done to NOT be trusted.

All orders will ship within the next few hours, as per your expected delivery date of today.
 
I give BeamLasers 4months, thats when will probably start trusting them.

You have to earn trust, trust isn't just given, You have to EARN it, take for example susie from O-like, members have been buying lasers from her for a pretty long time now and very few times do you hear that something went wrong with their laser.

I said not what have we done to earn no trust, but to earn distrust.
There is a lot of distrust towards us, we have not earned distrust, nor trust.
There is no reason BeamCheap should be getting distrust.
