Get the one from DX. The "Skylaser" you posted is sold by fake company claiming to be skylasers.com (also the image you see on the amazon page is stolen from the real skylasers website)

What ever the cheap product, it's Russian rulet. May work, may not - mostly not after some time.

Yes they do not have anykind of IR filter, but it shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't point it near anyone. The IR can have a larger mRad (spread faster) than the green and that way even if you think the beam is not hitting someone the IR could.

Why is infrared, or IR for short, bad?

btw don't buy a laser from WickedLasers atm unless you are ready to wait months before your laser even ships.
