Won me a ca$io xj type projector on ebay, anybody know what type and how many diodes are in there?

Maybe i should say in the ad DLP projector XJ A149 or M140 and that would have the 445nm diodes in it. maybe Jordan can verify this if he wants to..

Checking on ebay - cheapest I could find were in the $600 range.

The NDB7875 is still a great diode as is the NUBM06 and whole arrays can be had for a good price.
Are you wanting an entire array? The old 24 block of 1 waters has lenses that make a decent floodlight and you can get a well used green slim at a good deal if you look often.
