Hey LPF'ers,

I'm sure that many of you receive our newsletter, but for those that don't, there's exciting news in the land of 473.

We've permanently reduced the prices on almost all of the Aquarius and Aquarius-Pro handheld blue lasers. I know there's been a lot of fuss about the 1W 445nm monsters, but to be honest a lot of the time this is overkill (try giving a lecture with one of those), and there's just something special about the 473 nm wavelength. It's a really nice shade of blue that is available in Class IIIa "eye-safe" power levels.

If you want to see our competitive new pricing on blue handheld lasers and pointers, take a look here: Laserglow Technologies - Handheld Lasers, Alignment Lasers and Lab / OEM Lasers

Thanks!

I always thought Greeks are poor and asking myself where the billions of the Greece rescue funds are

I am just havin the hardest time ever justifying $400 for a laser that is <5mW. If
U can barely see the beam, count me out. Cause that's what I'm
In love with

Jake, a 5mW 473nm is brighter than you would guess!!

Add some smoke and you have one of the nicest beam you can imagine.

It´s not that you shouting out "WOW THAT`S POWER!!!", it´s more like enjoying an awesome wavelength which is lovely to look at.

I work too. Alot. But don't get paid very well, have school.
, car payments, rent, utilities, etc etc etc. It sucks.
I have actually sold all lasers but 1 including my nospin LPM I had to sell.

The way I look at it, when you buy an 80mW 473nm handheld from CNI, you get one laser. It's your one shot. It might die after you burn it in a while, or might be unsatisfactorily stable.

If you get the same 80mW-rated 473nm handheld from LG, they might have gone through 3-4 of the lasers, burning them in, rating them, testing them for stability, and all that good stuff. You're paying for that kind of quality control, and warranty service in Canada - not China. And you get LG's support.

If that's not worth paying a premium for, I don't know what is.

What support? They don't reply to emails to save their lives, and their prices are HORRIBLE! The only thing they are competing with is the price of TWO to THREE of the SAME unit from CNI... :undecided: sorry, but it has to be said.
