Its depressing how many new users ask about where to buy high power lasers without any intention of buying laser glasses. I am just throwing this idea out there but what if it was a rule that one must take and post a picture of their laser glasses before asking for laser buying advice?
I think this would do two things
1. Ensure that we are giving advice to someone who is concerned about safety and has the necessary safety equipment.
2. Reduce the number of "which DX laser should I buy?" threads
Anyone making this type of thread is 9 times out of 10 a person who knows very little about lasers and laser safety. If you just tell them they need safety glasses and then where to get the most powerful laser in their budget it seems like thats just making the problem worse.
