Post Your GUN (PICS)

C.D. 12gauge

Rem 700

Taurus PT101

************* These next two I am waiting for Maryland State Police (bullcrap) to approve my registration. Don't move to MD anyone it has taken a complete shit with those elected in power. When Martin O'Malley runs for president for the love of god please don't vote for him unless you want guns to be banned in the US************

RRA Elite Operator II (Registered 3/27/13 still waiting!)

Glock 35 Gen4 (Registered 5/13/13 who knows when Ill be able to take it home)

Because of MD's new gun bill I have until 10/1/13 to get what guns I want before they are banned. There is like 45 semi-auto rifles getting band, can't have anything over 10 round mags, You have to take classes before you can own a regulated firearm (which will cost $$$ because its md), and finger printing required ($$$), also if you they feel you are mentally unstable they can come take your guns (like this won't be abused). They believe this will keep the guns out of the bad guys hands and help reduce the murder/crime rate..... I want what ever they are smoking ;)

Woo hoo you're only like three hours away I'm coming over we can shoot :D

Just random pictures of my .25 Hatsan airgun. I am also active on the shootings range. These airguns today have ridiculous power. Not comparable to powder but still! Wish firearms laws were the same here as in the USA :p

How much muzzle energy does that thing have? Looks like it would pack a punch.

About 1170 fps with 35 grain pellets. You can also shoot casted 90 grainers but you will have to tune it to get the same velocity. It would really reduce shots per fill (i use a 300bar scuba tank). Pretty neat and all legal.

In the netherlands these airguns are a hit due to there easy availability. You should check out a dutch brand called "drummen sinner" these are specialised high acurate bigbore air guns. (Insane prices too)

@sixtee9 i typed a page full of rules in the netherlands. Then my browser crashed i bursted into tears and all hell broke loose :p i will type it again when i can :)

Not bad. Seems to at least be on pair with a .22lr round in terms of lethality. Makes me wonder why they don't just let you own small bolt action rifles or something. Then again most gun control laws make no sense.

Yup completely weird. Also silencers on these are legal. They make very powerfull air rifles noise free :)

Here is one a forum member in the Netherlands made for me:

It works awesome. It can be used till 8mm rounds and has 5 all metal chambers.

It is so tempting to go into air rifles here because you have to go through so much to get a firearm. :p

Talk about a blast from the past... how you been?

Not bad. For a while I was working a lot on various projects so I sorta neglected my laser hobby. Got into modifying my car, high-voltage electronics, building hi-fi tube amps and now I've gotten myself into firearms. I'll probably be more active around here again since I've got more spare time lately.

I'm getting rid of that POS Glock 21. The more I shot it, the more I hated it. I put 300 rounds through it and still have trouble hitting the target. I was able to shoot a full size M&P 40. I was hitting the target at least 75% of the time in less than 50 rounds. I've decided to go with a M&P 40 VTAC. The pics below aren't mine since I don't have the pistol yet.

So, the other day i decided it was about time i wanted to own some guns legally and to get my license! I sold my baretta and am in the process of doing the safety tests required.. I also just found out(after i sold mine) that you cant even buy your own gun for the first six months! Crazy..But im going to be asking santa for some nice gifts this year :-)

Thanks, these are for sure some of my favorite toys . . .

From Top to Bottom
Springfield Armory - M1 Garrand 30-06 / New Barrel & Polymer Stock
DPMS Panther Arms - LR-308B 308 Win / 18" Bull Barrel
Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. - K-Mini 14/5 .223 / Fld Stk & 30 rnd mag
Colt's Mfg. Co. Inc. - Sporter AR15 .223 / HBAR Match
The Marlin Firearms Co. - Model MR-7 270 Win / NRA Medallion Ed.
Manufactura Loewe Berlin. - Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891 7.65 Arg.
Remington Arms Co., Inc. - 572 Fieldmaster .22 LR
Winchester Repeating Arms Co. - Mod. 06 .22 Short/Long
Dangit. I knew there was something odd looking about that "m1a". The black polymer stock and stuff threw me off. Usually the Garands are wooden. Still looks good though.

Sadly firearms are pretty much prohibited these days here.

My days of gun ownership changed after the Hungerford shootings in the late 80's (I had the dubious "pleasure" of being with the shooter 3 days beforehand) and most of the stories that went round were press inspired BS.

Up till then I'd owned pretty much everything you could lay your hands on over here, from a genuine Sanford Automag to the burst fire 93r and Sig 550's, our laws changed all that after a number of high profile shootings (we had very low gun per capita numbers even at the heights of it all).

First came the burst fire / semi auto rifle ban, then later a ban on handguns, then bans on pretty much anything that even looked like a gun.
These days the UK is restricted to "Grandpaws" shotguns and single shot rifles pretty much.

I'm still not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing to be honest.....
Firearms will always be available to those that wish to break the law so all the restrictions do is disarm the law abiding.

AS a point of interest, the UK's first gun laws came about in 1906 as a means "to prevent insurrection in the lower classes"

best wishes

Dave

That's Freakin' Sweet!

Looks like it's centered perfectly too. Nice job.

yeah the looseness of the lens in the module allows you to make adjustment then just apply a little tap of super glue. I will figure out something better but its a start. My nest thing will be to fire some rounds through it with the laser running and see how tough an m140 at 1.8a really is ;)
