Possibly screwed over by Max at Lazerer ??

So let me just get this straight...

1. Laser arrives working. Smiles all around.
2. Lens cracks.
3. Lazerer is contacted, replacement is sent at no charge, but also no tracking.
4. 1.5 Months pass. Emails bounce back.
5. Thread is opened to complain about the situation, with deceptive statements, very negative title..
6. A replacement is sent to you AGAIN, with tracking free of charge.

Yeah. I agree. Max screwed up big here.

Personally I would have just told you to stick the broken laser where the sun doesn't shine, and left it at that. I'm sure you could have handled the trauma due to your years of experience.

That may have been just as good of a solution anyway since he already hates Max(because of his own errors) and has already pretty much done all the damage that can be done.

+1 to Max for handing it well
 
This thread right here shows how great Max is and how great his customer service is.

For anyone new, Lazerer.com is one of the most reliable laser pointer sites there is. Just take a look at my signature and you can see how happy I am with their service.

Max is very easy to get a hold of if you have patience and do your research on the different tecniques to reach him.

I did? Pretty sure after 1.5 months I am finally going to get the piece I originally ordered. Not like I didn't offer to pay for the piece + shipping in multiple emails and on 2 posts just in this thread alone.


Yes... Um yes you did. When you come to a forum and post skewed facts and act like an impatient child what did you expect?
