Hi EL,
It all depends what build folks would like. They take a long time to machine i'm talking hours , i won't just turn out a piece unless its perfect. Taking in consideration the time and material . Its cutting ,turning, boring, tapping, finishing with different tooling , then more finishing 150,220,320,400 grit and finally extra fine steel wool. Then onto the buffer with 3 different rouge.then a jewelers rag at the end. So now you know what it takes to make these .. Measurements are critical and have to follow steps to get there. hey thanks for looking my friend,,

Rich:)

Yep, that process is no stranger to me  I'd recommend going to 1000 grit or even 1500 grit while you've got the vac on though, it makes for a bit of a nicer and deeper shine. Thanks for the reply! :D

Hi,
Ill give it a shot and it all depends on the AL your using also that is made all different to get a fine finish..

Can these be used with external drivers or does it need to be in the 12mm module? Also could you list the hosts in the pics? :D

Lifetime looks like some great work! What do you mean when you say they are " pre wired "?

Hi ,
And just added a new edition an SL extended sink for S4 or S4X hosts..

Thank for peeking Rich:)

Sending a pm about the one 2nd from the right. The one with the side switch:D

Pretty sure it means they are ready for a DTR 12mm module. Just gotta solder the wires together and set it in:p

It might be better if you could price each host so everyone would know without having to ask on each individual one. Once you get better at these, it should go much faster. It's always nice to have a new host supplier in the forum. :D

I'm confused, if it means ready for dtr module what amps are they set at and what driver are they using ,so I'm not sure if that is what is meant?

Dtr has an option for the whole module to be prebuilt with lead wires and everything. It has the driver already attached to the driver and the driver has lead wires out the bottom. So all you have to do is solder the neg and pos ends to the ones in the host and your laser is set to go:)

Look at this one, the first option on the right hand side:
https://sites.google.com/site/dtrlpf/home/diodes/ndg-700mw-520nm-laser-diode

NDG700 700mW 520nm Laser Diode
In 12mm Copper Module
W/SXD Driver
6.5-12V 2A+ Input
$190

The whole module is ready to go, it just needs to be soldered to the host and set inside:)
