I made no promises that i would go, i just said i would go, But so happens that i could not make it there.

Hmm..well..if you have to use the words "I promise" to guarantee you'll do something, maybe this will work on you:

Simon says to post a Western Union receipt or refund me my money by tomorrow midnight.

Link didn't work for me. The one you listed on the first post did and it is correct for my order.
