EDIT: Important! Looks like I forgot to pay for the harvesting and installing. :-/ It's the "Fee to remove diode heatsink and pcb $2"-service right?
I'll just send you the extra money and you will harvest and install it into an aixiz module, am I right?

Whoops, you're too quick... I deleted my post.

I read back a few pages and saw that when the harvest fee is paid you actually mount the diodes in the modules! Very cool and unexpected! :)

I am going to buy one of these tonight with a module and harvesting option. Question about the harvesting, will the diode be completely harvested, or will the diode, heatsink and PCB still be attached but just harvested from the sled?

I am going to attempt my first DIY, so I am unsure how this works :)

You will get the diode completely freed from the sled AND pressed into the module unless you specify otherwise (it was mentioned somewhere in the thread).

Oh dang!  That is one sweet deal!  :)  I was wondering how I was going to press the diode, as I don't have any special tools.

Maybe I'll get a few just for backup.     ;D  Thanks for the quick answer. Oh and may be a dumb question, but do the modules typically come with lenses?

They'd be pretty useless otherwise. On the other hand, I haven't received mine yet, so I can't speak from experience ;)
