Payments Stage | GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

Atomicrox, are you saying that you can't see the images of the host? I just checked and I see them just fine. Do you have the post where I told you that here are three images of the host? I don't understand what you are trying to tell me. What exactly can you see?

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

On post #144 all I see is "Here are the images from three different angles." without any images.

Can someone else confirm they are/aren't seeing the images?

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

I called vortish and left him a message to check this site and tell me what he sees. From here they look great. I need some confirmation from someone else to know what may have gone wrong.

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

If you can't see them here, look at my pictures and albums section of my profile and it will be the first album there. This is where I uploaded them from.

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

I looked at the pictures just after you posted them and I could see them fine. But right now I can't see them. Same as what Atomicrox said.

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

Here are the three images again. I will delete the other post if this is okay.

I know what went wrong. I deleted the album after I posted the images and that made them disappear. OOPPS!! Sorry.

If this is observable to everyone now, please let me know as I could see it when no one else could, and I want to be sure that this is now okay for everyone. Thanks.

Mattronium, thanks. ;)

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

Pics work fine.
My final order: one copper host, matte black. Originally I said I wanted two, but i've decided against it. Thanks.

It's okay, crazyspaz. I had you down for exactly what you have ordered now. If you decide later that you want more than one, you can change it until the 26th. Thanks for participating.

Re: GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18 - Copper Option Available

I can see the pics now, thanks!

What are the final version's dimensions and weight (with Al and Cu)?

Re: Feeler | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18

Thejoker301 posted this on page two.

Although I'm not sure if the 34g for the 501b heat sink is for a copper or aluminum one?

I can calculate the exact mass of the host with the software :

* Cu Head Host - 244g
* Al Head Host - 135g

The Aluminium heatsink weight is 47g while a common 501B heatsink weigh 34g.

So even the Al heatsink is better than the 501B one.

The Copper heatsink weigh 156g alone.

This also means that the "barrel" for the batteries is 88g.

Re: Feeler | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18

34g is the mass of the Aluminium 501B heatsink.

The new host has a heavier one. Both Aluminum and copper versions are more heavy than 501B versions.
