O-Like... Well Im confused and pissed and really confused help me!!

Shipping tracked to china, is $38 right now via USPS. IIRC the package is automatically insured for $100, but more then that, you would need to buy additional insurance.

As far as focusing kits, and bumping up power, honeyx nailed it. You just can't get more energy out than you put in.

What you can do is change how it is being used a little. Personally I've used a 10x jewelers loupe to light a match with a 50mW green. It get old very fast though.

Is there any sort of guide with pictures on how to diagnose problems like those that I am experiencing? I need some kind of reference because I am a noob.

Susie messaged me back and said that she checked and they could send me another one if I sent mine in. Worth trying? Would it be like $60.00? Should I just get someone else to fix it like a local laser enthusiasts.

They will lie if you ship it back w/o tracking. I had to pay $38 to ship my laser back with tracking. She tried telling me i was suppose to inform her of the price first, that was a lie. She then said it was too much to refund. I finally agreed to a half refund when my package arrived. It arrived, but I still haven't gotten my refund... Had to open a dispute last week.

Looks like I'm going to have to try my luck with a trustworthy member here in the us and not mess with all that o-like foreign shipping bullcrap. I guess I'll open a new thread requesting a member for repairs.
