It is a fixed current sxd driver. By potted i meant the way it will be heatsinked. Basicly fill the cavity with non conductive thermal compound recommended by flaminpyro. Flaminpyro is machining the heat sinks.

I saw an Ozark trail 3 C cell that looks like it should be close to 35mm at the head, the tube would take 2x26650.
But I am planning a bigger multi diode build, I would like to use a whole block...I would like to stack 2 blocks of 06's and use big round double concave / double convex lens and see what I can do with it.
