No doubt the police will end up buying these things at US$ 10,000 a piece, when you can basically make the same thing by popping a defocusing cap on a 50 dollar dx 100mw. I carry around a 100mw greenie with a WL defocus cap. Gives a nice head-sized spot. You never know when it might come in useful .......

Nice. fit a 6pin soic ATtiny and smd mosfet onto the driver board, code some sort of random-frequency-blinking, and trigger the reset pin via the pointers switch instead. should give a realy working dazer as human brains react with an overload situation to fast alternating visual inputs.
