G'day,
So being a nixie fan i look for cool nixie units that are available, so when i was surfing the net, i found a guy in Australia who designs and makes nixie watch's from scratch!
Now there is also another mob who sell them on Cathode Corner or CC for short,
but they don't have as much technology packed into the watch and are bigger in size.
Here's their version:

Here is the watch i bought:
As you can see this one has 470nm blue leds to back light the tubes which i love!
The size is a couple mm smaller in diameter and height.
The Wrist band is silicone and has some nice stainless pieces in it.
It has a built in motion sensor which when enabled will detect when you put your hand over the watch, but triggers on the trailing edge so only once your hand is clear of the watch it will display the time! It uses a IR LED's and a photo diode.
The battery will last about 1 year or so with 50 views per day.
It has a 11 option menu you can access with the 2 buttons ontop of the watch.
