I'm looking to get a gift for someone, and it includes a true 5mW pen for 405nm, 532nm, and 635 or 660nm. However, that being said, I was something sleek and professional looking. Or at least not cheap and new wish style. For green I'm looking at the Anser from laserglow, or perhaps the Lyra. I still however, need a nice <5mW red and blu-ray. Anybody know of a source of TRUE <5mW pens that don't look cheap?

For a TRUE 5mW 405nm the only place I know of is LaserGlow. Everywhere is almost guaranteed to be overspec. You can always talk to Tom at LG and let him know it HAS to be <5mW and you'll be sure to get it that way.

If money wasn't an issue I'd say get them all at LaserGlow, heh.

It's for my girlfriend's 14 year old brother, who has seen my lasers and wants one, so yes, <5mw is a must have. I also don't want to spend LG's prices on a <5mw 405 when I could build one for a near 10th the price. How much are CNI's <5mw pens?

I'm already golden for the green, going to LaserGlow for that. However, still need a 405 and a red of some sort.

Great find Glenn. It's nice to see some different laser products.

+1
